Use this guide as you explore the showroom. Take photos and notes on your phone, then review your favorites with us.

1. Choose your pieces

Are you looking for a chair, recliner, loveseat, sofa, sectional, ottoman, or a complete room? Note the piece name from its tag and how many you need. Tell us whether you are interested in new custom furniture, Found/pre-owned pieces, or both.

2. Find your fit

Sit in the pieces you are considering. Notice seat height and depth, back support, arm height, and how you would use the furniture at home. Photograph the tags on your favorites so we can identify the exact pieces.

3. Explore materials

Consider leather, linen, or other fabrics, along with your preferred colors and accents. Photograph any labeled samples you like. We will confirm which materials and options are available for each piece.

4. Check your space

Bring or note your room length and width, the maximum furniture width and depth, and any doorway or hallway restrictions. Label the units. Room photos and a simple sketch help us understand windows, fireplaces and furniture that will stay. No measurements yet? We can help you identify what to measure next.

5. Set your priorities

Note your total project budget, the number of pieces it needs to cover, and when you would like the furniture. Let us know whether your budget includes delivery and tax and whether your deadline is firm.
