The people behind the build
A Missouri story,
still being made.
Cattlehouse is rooted in Marshfield, Missouri. Our new upholstered furniture is made nearby in Lebanon by a family-owned furniture maker whose story began in 1957. Generations of that family have carried the business forward with quality and service at its heart.
That experience meets our own point of view: expressive materials, familiar shapes and the details that make a room feel like yours. We care about the hands behind a piece just as much as the home it’s going to.

Handcrafted in the USA with domestic and imported materials.
Frame construction, cutting, sewing and upholstery take place in Lebanon. Locally sourced materials and American-made components are part of that manufacturing tradition.
The leathers, cowhides and fabrics selected for each Cattlehouse design can have their own origins. We’ll help you understand the materials in the piece you choose.

Good furniture starts
beneath the surface.
The frame. The support. The seat you settle into. Every layer has a job to do.
A strong foundation.
Kiln-dried hardwood frames, double-dowelled joints, reinforced corner blocks and strengthened front, side and back rails support the piece beneath the upholstery.
Support from within.
An independent drop-in coil spring system creates the seating foundation. The structure beneath the surface deserves just as much attention as the way a piece looks.
Comfort, considered.
Seat cushions combine high-density polyurethane foam with a Dacron wrap. Back cushions use quality fiber or resilient foam, depending on the design.

No standard fabric warranty is provided. Ask us to confirm any leather, cowhide or special-finish coverage for your order.
Covered repairs carry no charge except transportation. Furniture must otherwise be in good condition and free of unrelated damage. Equivalent-quality substitutions are permitted. Coverage belongs to the original purchaser. State-law rights may vary.
