Shipping policy

Shipping Times 
In-stock items (FOUND COLLECTION) will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 1-5 business days via LTL Freight. Please know there could be variations in shipping rates and times based on location, weight, or real-time carrier rates.  

Our furniture is shipped through a trusted LTL Freight partner. 

• For New furniture, please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to be created. Once ready for shipment, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped. 
• Furniture items that are in-stock (FOUND COLLECTION) and ready for processing will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.

Please know, once the order is in production, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order. 
 
As you get closer to your delivery date, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery and confirm your delivery. Furniture shipping is not eligible for Expedited Shipping.
