Return Policy

 

Our furniture is 100% manufactured and shipped from Missouri, United States of America.

 Our Found Collection is an assortment of different manufacturers and countries/states of origin and are pre-owned pieces.

For Made to Order furniture, please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to be created. Once ready for shipment, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped. 

Please know, once the order is place and production has begun, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order. 
 
As you get closer to your delivery date, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery. Furniture is not eligible for Expedited or for shipment outside of the Contiguous United States. 

Once received, if damage has occurred in transit, it MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of the carrier delivery. If furniture is returned and damages are not noted on the BOL, Cattlehouse must charge the customer the shipping rate to and from as applicable.

Furniture purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email howdy@cattlehouse.com within 5 days of delivery, and our team will help you process a return. For faster resolution, please include pictures of the damage or defect, the order number, the item(s) you purchased and your name and contact information.

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions or transit times. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days.
